  • 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and improving Salesforce platform solutions
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service, including dispatcher console, work orders, service appointments, scheduling, dispatching, territories, resources, mobile app, assets, and maintenance processes
  • Strong experience with Service Cloud and a solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data models, security models, automation, and deployment best practices
  • Proven client-facing consulting experience in a senior consultant, technical lead, or solution architect capacity
  • Strong technical foundation across Salesforce configuration, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integration patterns
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead workshops and present to stakeholders during standard Eastern Time business hours
