OCM Consultant

We’re looking for an OCM Consultant (10 years). The role requires experience in OCM and SAP or S/4HANA, plus an understanding of manufacturing operations.
Required experience and skills- OCM experience (organizational change management) with active stakeholder communication.
- Experience with SAP and/or S/4HANA.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong ability to translate OCM materials from English to Spanish accurately.
- Comfort working with supervisors and stakeholders on-site to coordinate communications and alignment.
- Should be able to work on-site at Mexicali.
- The role will be mostly remote, but travel to the client site may be required during critical milestones.
